We are happy to investigate any problems you may be having with your computer equipment whether it be hardware or software based. We primarily operate in the South and South West of England. Our typical areas of support within the region are: Devizes, Calne, Chippenham, Lyneham, Melksham, Trowbridge, Corsham, Bath, Bristol, Malmesbury, Swindon, Marlborough, Warminster and Bradford-upon-Avon, Salisbury (plus all surrounding villages). However, we are always willing to help as much as possible so if you are outside of these areas, please feel free to contact us and we may still be able to assist.

We specialise in supporting the majority of the Microsoft and Linux product range. Contact us and we'll see if we can help. For users having problems with viruses and spyware, we can scan and remove dangerous objects from your system and recommend/install software to limit future attacks. We will also advise of any issues or concerns we feel you may need to be aware of on the system.

If your system is very problematic then we recommend our PC Rebuild service whereby we backup your data files, emails, address book, Internet favourites list etc., re-install the original operating system and any other applications you supply us and then download/update this software so your machine is running to the best of it's ability and ready for you to start fresh.
We have facilities to duplicate data from one hard disk to another (laptop, desktop and server systems) and have our offsite disaster recovery solutions.

Site Health Check

Our initial site visit normally consists of a survey where we check a wide variety of things in your IT environment. We also offer regular site visits to ensure that vital maintenance tasks are kept up to date such as anti-virus updates, Microsoft critical updates and much more. On these site visits we can also address any other problems you may have.
